Design

The architectural design of the building is based on an orderly and elegant concrete structure with which a modern building is achieved that stands out within the architecture of one of the most important residential areas of Santa Coloma de Gramenet.

The terraces or gardens cover the entire facade of the departments, this allows us to have a circulation through the exterior that connects the different rooms of the house. A metal latticework in the basement facade that is located at the same level of the plaza provides light and natural ventilation to the parking lot. The concrete facade opens spaces with large windows, visually connecting the interior with the exterior, thus achieving the entry of natural light, the feeling of spaciousness and greater enjoyment of the exterior spaces.
